Settlement between ‘Abd al-Karim, son of the late Kalb‘ali from Khuzan, acting on behalf of his underage children, Ma‘sumah and Fath Allah, and himself, and Haji Muhammad Baqir, son of Haji Kalb‘ali, over a piece of land and its share of water in Shams Abad of Khuzan, dated September 11, 1870. On verso: Haji Muhammad Baqir has settled part of the mentioned property with co-owners for five tumans and six thousand and five hundred dinars; dated September 26, 1870.

Nur Allah Sultan on behalf of Zivar Taj Khanum, daughter of Mirza Husayn (from Nigaristan), claims money on a property, which is now under the ownership of Fath‘ali Khan Salar Nizam. The court asks for evidence to prove this claim and the decree of the court, which was in favor of Zivar Taj Kanum.

Settlement, 1844
Settlement, dated November 29, 1844, between ‘Ali, son of A[qa] Mirza Javad from Khuzan, on behalf of the underage children of the late Muhammad Shafi‘, son of Aqa ‘Ali, and Haji Badi‘, son of the late Aqa ‘Ali Muhammad, exchanging some land in Shams Abad for forty tumans. The note on the verso indicates that on November 21, 1847, Muhammad transferred the mentioned property to his wife, Baygum Khanum, daughter of Haji Malik Muhammad from Khuzan, in a separate document.

Settlement of inherited properties, 1868 and 1885
The mother of Aqa Lutf‘ali, daughter of Haji Muhammad Andani, was his inheritor and when she died, her sister Jan Jan Khanum, daughter of Haji Muhammad and wife of Karbalayi Abu Talib, became the inheritor. On March 18, 1868, Jan Jan Khanum settled her inherited properties with children of the late Fath‘ali, with two-thirds going to Aqa Muhammad ‘Ali and one-third going to Baygum Jan Khanum, in exchange for four hundred and twenty tumans; one hundred dinars was set for the detriment clause. Settlement of a garden, 1831
A garden in Mubarakah village had been purchased from Zayn al-‘Abidin by Haj Muhammad ‘Ali and his brother, Husayn, and then transferred from Husayn to Aqa ‘Ali, son of Haj Muhammad ‘Ali. On August 13, 1831, Aqa ‘Ali and his children, ‘Abd Allah and Khanum Jan, transferred the ownership of the garden to Mashhadi Hasan, in exchange for ten tumans. On December 23, 1831 (verso), Mashhadi Hasan sold this property to his brother, Aqa Muhammad, for fifteen tumans. Settlement between ‘Ali Akbar Khan (Salar As‘ad), on behalf of his underage children, Zayn al-‘Abidin, Ibrahim, and ‘Isa, and Ghulamhusayn Khan ‘Amiri over properties that Gawhar Khanum (daughter of Ibrahim Khan Sa‘d al-Dawlah) had transferred to them in exchange for one hundred dinars. The properties included one-sixth of a farm in Narmashir, a house-garden and its water usage in Mahan, and a house named Khalvat in Kirman.
